I have the OmniGraffle and also the OmniStketchGraph and love both. Much! They’re amazing and do a great job. In the same way Omni looks a very good softhouse. Their support works as I always expected. And I am currently asking for support!
I don’t have any GTD software. I am very curious how it works and the theory about it. I usually organize myself using a text file.
